What data we process and why
We process the data you voluntarily give us when you write to us through the contact form, by email or on WhatsApp (name or company, email address, phone number and the content of your message) solely to handle your enquiry, reply to you and, where applicable, manage any business relationship that arises from it. We do not use your data to send you marketing communications without your consent.
Legal basis
- Your consent, given when you submit the form by ticking the corresponding box or when you write to us (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
- Taking steps prior to entering into a contract, or performing a contract, when your enquiry concerns our products or a business collaboration (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Retention
We will keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and, afterwards, for the periods required by law. You may ask us to delete it at any time.
Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. To provide our service we use providers acting as data processors, with whom we have agreed the safeguards required by the GDPR: our web hosting provider (Tesys Internet S.L.U. – Piensa Solutions, Spain) and our email provider (okITup S.L., Spain).
If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, your data will also be processed under the privacy policy of WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta group), which may involve international data transfers covered by the safeguards provided for in European law.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@mipequenolucas.es and stating the right you wish to exercise. If you believe we have not processed your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Minors
This website is not aimed at children under 14. If you are under that age, please do not give us your data without the consent of your parents or guardians.
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or misuse. This policy may be updated, so we recommend that you review it from time to time.
